If you like mushrooms and you like pizza this is a great alternative! Portobello mushroom pepperoni pizzas . I have posted before but had to share these turned out perfect grilling mushrooms after hollowing out makes them so firm and a great base for a pizza.

For those of you following the 666 chicken tonight here is the final product! The chicken cooked in cast iron after marinating was so tender almost didn’t even need a knife to cut it up .

Was craving some fried chicken . Flattened two breast with a rolling pin dredged them and breaded in flour,panko, blackening spice -and salt and pepper bit of garlic . Fried and in between a brioche with cheddar and white sauce .

I thinking this is one of the best meals I’ve ever eaten beef bourguignon with roasted garlic mashed potatoes. There’s bacon in there garlic , pearl onions , lots of herbs the best beef Chuck roast was so damn good !

Marinated chicken breast in a dill pickle brine , then dredged then coated in blackening spice then egg washed again then coated with Panko . Air fried it and added cheddar homemade slaw and the last of the legendary purple 🍅 and onion. So damn good !

Forget about taco Tuesday. It’s taco Monday …! Organic free run yada yada ground chicken . Tacos with homemade pickled red onion (we used homemade apple cider vinegar to pickle the onions they are the best! Would go well in pulled pork sandwich.

Tried making creamy turmeric chicken with ramen noodles (broth used coconut milk turmeric, ginger and red Thai curry . Marinated the chicken thighs in sesame oil , turmeric, ginger and cilantro . Finished off with fresh cilantro and squeeze of lime . Comfort food at its best !

Wasn’t going to attempt a heart shaped pizza with the dough I made it wasn’t cooperating. So instead made a bacon pepperoni three cheese and olive pizza with a cheese heart in the middle . Turned out well. Tasted great . Have a good night everyone. ❤️
