Shows nothing of sort. What matters is not country comparisons but where UK would be if still in EU - most experts say 3-5% better off. But if we must compare a) UK - unlike eurozone - has lower GDP per capita than pre-pandemic b) UK growth 2023-25 forecast lower than eurozone.
