Agree Kay. My problem with Tomlin is he doesn't delegate responsibilities well or hire strong coordinators. But as for getting players to play their hardest, I don't think anybody does it better

I think Mike Tomlin would be a fine head coach if he would delegate more. Reduce his power. What he does well is get his players to play hard. He's not a good X's and O's coach. He needs strong coordinators and let them run the offense and defense
