All of the feedback has been positive. There are similar units for sale in the building that aren’t selling either. I think the issue is a HOA on the high end mixed with high interest rates.

I used to do airbnb because you got more bang for your buck.
Now I’m going hotel the majority of the time.
Hotels are usually nicer, more comfortable and I don’t have to clean the whole place before leaving for about the same price.
The only time I do Airbnb is for a group.

This is the best receiver in the NFL and a top 5 QB who went undefeated in 2019 and won a national championship.

I live in Houston and work in Austin pretty regularly.
Houston is very underrated. Great food unlimited things to do, affordable and nice people.
Austin is very pretty and has a lot of positives, but isn’t better than Houston. The cost of living seems to be much higher.
