Also, there’s a reason you have a lot of fans of a “previous interpretation”. Maybe you should have stuck with what was working??? Just a thought.

@NolanAnalyst @Danimalish Almost 20 years ago we got this masterpiece. Wow. It was the start of the Superhero Genre being taken seriously. Spider-Man, X-Men, Blade, etc. were all steps in the right direction. HOWEVER, #BatmanBegins solidified that a film in the CBM genre could be an awards contender.

@Jesse_T_White @RMBee WB interfered and never let its universe grow. Too impatient from the jump and wanted to match Marvel. They wanted SS 2016 to be just like “Deadpool”. I mean you clearly had people in charge that had no idea what they were doing. So much money was lost due to incompetence.

@Jesse_T_White @RMBee Compare that to Marvel’s first three MCU films… Iron Man - $585 Mil The Incredible Hulk - $264 Mil Iron Man 2 - $623 Mil Yes, DC’s characters were more well known. I get that. But Nolan had really changed the game with Dark Knight. Superhero movies got a huge boost after that.

@RMBee @EdgeLord4Lyf @JamesGunn James Gunn doesn’t have that luxury with the Marvel anymore coming to DC. In fact, to not much fault of his own… WB has really upset the fans at quite a few turns that it’s going to be an uphill battle to even hit MOS numbers if we are being honest. UNLESS it’s a good film…
