…
The Federal Government has asked if we will support Novak Djokovic’s visa application to enter Australia.
We will not be providing Novak Djokovic with individual visa application support to participate in the 2022 Australian Open Grand Slam.

Seven years without our magnificent Sinead.
She would be twenty now, two years out of school, having all the great adventures and misadventures of early womanhood.
Princess, you live on in the hearts of all who love you 💛💜💛
#angelsholdSP
I know what it’s like to have a doctor say to you “your child has cancer”. The worst moment imaginable.
While my beautiful Sinead had a catastrophic diagnosis and her care was mostly palliative, for around 75% of children with cancer they will survive.
🧵💛
While being fall-down drunk at work is quite something, arguing for segregation based on income is next level.
Victoria, this is your state opposition.
#springst
How good is this?!
From the vax hub at the Old Ford Factory in Geelong.
Each leaf represents a child that’s protecting themselves, and their friends and family by being vaccinated.
Rockstars.
This may be the most irresponsible thing the state opposition has said yet… (big call I know)
Ladies, mammogram services are open. Do not reschedule.
And please Victoria, please don’t let this person ever be your Health Minister.

It’s iso for me for the next seven days.
Feeling a bit ordinary but otherwise ok.
Relieved and grateful that I’ve had 3 doses of vax. Thank you science.
Send cute pics of your pets and tv or movie recos 🙏🏻
News of
#Omicron
will be unsettling for many people.
Give a smile to people asking you to follow the check in and vax status rules - they’re keeping you safe.
Trust science and scientists.
Follow proper reporting rather than opinion masquerading as news.
Be kind.
It really is regrettable that the Federal Government failed to deal with vax hesitancy, anti-vax, mRNA vax supply, and the campaign to discredit AZ - a safe and effective, locally made vaccine.
This could have been so different. We could have been at 80% by now.

This week at Parliament -
I was heckled the entire time while thanking small businesses required to close for deep cleaning… for donating food to people who have none.
These people are from another planet.
Miss you and love forever Sinead Pulford 💛💜
Six years without your laugh, your generous spirit, your inquiring mind and that brilliant cheeky smile.
Six years that feels like an eternity but also like just a moment.

Happy 19th birthday Sinead: circus performer, book worm, beach bum, student, friend, sister, beloved daughter. We miss you every single moment.

Seriously what is he thinking- excluding around 10% of society to all economic activity is outrageous! On what medical advice is this latest dictate based on!
In case you missed it… the first person to take this Herald Sun stair madness from the 🌸🤡 parts of the internet into the public domain was Matthew Guy’s Shadow Treasurer Louise Staley.

They continue to play childish games with the health of Victorians during a pandemic.
They are entirely unfit to govern.

Victorian Opposition Leader Matthew Guy says the resignation of

CEO Andrew Thorburn because of his involvement in a controversial church group is “ridiculous”
Today I’ve been sworn in as Minister for Employment; Innovation, Medical Research and the Digital Economy; and Small Business. I’m excited about the task ahead and acutely aware of the profound difficulty being faced by so many businesses and the people who depend on them.
Just added my vax certificate to the Service Vic check in app.
First thing, update your app via App Store so it has the button in the first pic.
After that, super easy.

6 months after the Victorian Liberals promised that they will halve elective surgery wait lists, Georgie Crozier tried to avoid the question of how they would it.

Just made my last announcement on behalf of the Victorian Government (caretaker period starts tonight)… it couldn’t have been more perfect for this Castlemaine kid, schooled in Bendigo and living in Ballarat.
Super exciting for the towns and cities of Central Victoria.

It’s ok though, he’s also declared himself to be an expert 😳

Hey
@LiberalVictoria
, question about

Do your early voting how-to-vote cards in the 11 EV lower house districts urge an above the line vote and therefore a vote for Renee Heath?
Will they be changed before 26 Nov

Well this is awkward.
Usually the Liberals and Nationals wait until *after* an election to cut health and regional spending.

I checked in at 6 places on Friday, 6 on Saturday and 2 today - 8 of them small businesses.
I suspect most ppl would agree that’s not too great a burden to have businesses open and protect the health of our community.
Also, your use of “show their papers” is offensive.
Really, Jaala? Daniel Andrews and Labor might feel tough re the few % anti-vax, but this controlling and disproportionate policy is nothing but a burden on 95% of Victorians to “show their papers” everywhere, and a burden on small businesses at the worst possible time.
On this day 30 years ago Joan Kirner was sworn in as Victoria’s first and only female Premier. As a very new Labor Party member (and all of 16) I’m quite sure I didn’t properly appreciate what a monumental achievement this was at the time. I certainly do now.
