A lot of people in this country could only be so lucky to live in a great community like Lansford! They’ll never figure it out though…no skin off my back!
In Lansford, ND, you can buy this house for $15k. It's a little rough but livable. In the same town, Northern Plains Railroad is hiring for $25-28/hr for a Utility Mech. No experience required.
There's no 'housing shortage' -- there's a shortage of imagination and flexibility.

Mom & Dad took us to our first UND 🏈 game when I was 10 (a 21-7 win over NDSU in 1995)..and my bro and I have bled green on fall Saturdays ever since!

…if you’re going to make that claim then tell us all which SPECIFIC banks said this?!? Every banker and bank customer that I know (including myself) thinks this is a terrible idea and a severe government overreach! Name names…I’d love to see it!
Banks privately told Treasury officials that its proposal to collect more info on customer bank accounts would be easy to implement. Then they launched a massive lobbying campaign to destroy the plan.

I think back to when UND had a QB recruit flip to Texas State..and we tried to lure an NDSU PWO..and NDSU gave him money to stay. That guy is now NDSU’s backup..and we pivoted to Schuster.

I LOVE THE REGIONAL FORMATS!!! Every game matters…deeper regions can get more teams in, giving us the best teams in the state tournaments…and it’s great for fans!

I ran some numbers…our assessment would go up by 67%…and every aspect of the bank has trended positively! The Fed’s Covid-era monetary policy created this…why should we have to pay for it?!?
Also, guess how many ND banks failed after 2008?! ZERO! We are not the risk here…

Give us a regulatory environment to make it possible, and I think good things would happen! A system of a select few mega banks would be DISASTROUS for ND!
Consolidating to a few banks is the worst idea and only exasperates the potential for systemic disruption - our diverse financial landscape is our strength. The failures earlier this year showcase the risk of concentration & the power & losses that can result.

That said…Im more confident in MSU’s ability to hit a kick than UND’s…and that will never not be odd to me!

This isn’t a partisan issue…it’s a POS issue. Bad people don’t belong in government, regardless of party!
