@chad_ventures I think by the spring the miners will bounce hard but fully expecting more bleeding in the weeks to come. Bitcoin is now waiting for changes in the macro to get it moving higher again. No amount of BTC reserve hype and trump pumps will move this in the short term.

@CWoody3rd @seancbuckley I am bullish on miners for sure. But I’m also seeing the changing landscape in the sector. Pure plays are getting beaten down because the risk is huge plus the capex to keep outgrowing global hashrate. Earnings aren’t moving these, what will?

@seancbuckley I hear you. But with investing there is also a thing called the sunk cost fallacy. Sometimes you need to re evaluate and not get married to an idea, stock or sector. Many get married to their bags and waste years in a bull market. Earnings aren’t enough to take these higher…

@charlesalza @Fibonacci_TA Exactly this. Huge call buying means they will likely suppress prices. Probably a large amount of retail buying short term call options, which as we know just get played. This is easy money for the big boys

@bitcoinminorMKH No it’s moving as people are piling in ahead of earnings. The risk buying here now is people will expect fantastic earnings and some ai hype deal that everyone has been talking about for months.

People are clearing piling into iren for an earnings play. No doubt this has similar treatment to clsk.

@bandrew143 They are heavily diluting aswell so that’s not helped that stock at all

@warai_ein Remember 13F filings are due 45 days after the last quarter so some of the filings you’re seeing were shares bought or sold months ago. Many of these shares could have ran multiples in Q4 and potentially being sold off. Just keep that in mind. It’s not like they bought today.

@warai_ein Probably as it’s not us domiciled yet. They’ve even bought bitfarms 😂. They are literally hoovering up shares in any crypto stocks
