Hoenstly, both sides were in the wrong. the kids were attacking harassing and mobbing him first while recording and laughing about it, and he defended himself, but he took it WAY too far and then even tried to hide it. And no, they didn't deserve to DIE for it.

That death scene wierd, they had to change her face to make it work and even still it made no sense that Mileena didn't just bite D'vorah's face off when she leaned in to do it.
That said, MKX design was fire, lips make her look more like a hybrid and less like baraka in a wig.

I get the impression she didn't do any retakes and wasn't given much direction. Because some of her lines actually came out good, but then other lines... YIKES!
Also sounds like her lines didn't get touched up like everyone else so they sound.. off, even beyond the bad delivery.

I hope KP2 is good, because KP1 has been a massive disapointment... 2 delayed base roster characters and 3 guest characters, Takaeda is the only real MK DLC character and I don't think the kombat kids should be getting a slot in a game about going back to the start.

Oh come on, Kano was an absoloute goldmine in MK11. He carried story mode, his dialogue is pricless and he was really fun and fair to play.
Ontop of that he's literaly on of the OGs from the very first game! How can you leave out the kast of the first MK in a game called 'MK1'.

Ermac and Quan Chi should've been base roster and in the story so they didn't add anything to the game, they were just stalled release.
Guest characters suck, and 3 of them (50% of DLC) is absoloutly disgusting..
So, Takaeda is the only one who matters.

I mean, it outright is a cheat, it's using something from outside the game files to your benifit, that some other players (console) have no acess to. That part isn't even up for debate, the real question is if it's actually an issue or not, and that comes down to what shader.

What we need from MK1 Year 2
- Free romaing invasions
- NPC's to talk to in invasions who give quests and lore through conversation.
- No Kameo mode (For people who don't like Kameos)
- Tag mode (tag replaces Kameo button)
- Kano and Sonya fully playable
- A fun game mode.

Glad the did, Aatrox is far from my favorite charaters, I rarely use him but he reprisents the Darkin, looks badass and was amazing in this cinematic, wish we'd seen more of him.

the subzero season was bad enough for giving us seafoam greens instead of his classic blue, and the ugly "I have the flu" skins, but atleast you could sort of see what they were going for... this season though... it's an abomination. It couldn't be any less relevant to Mileena.

Personally I think this is too far to the point that it detracts from her character.
Sexy outfits are good, but only when it fits the character and the setting.
There is a middle ground between everyone being fully covered and practical, or everyone being a vapid blowup sexdoll.

MKX was by far the best portrayal of Mileena we had, it kept her unhinged personality intact, while finally letting her develope into more than just 'crazy sexy clone'. She finally got motives and agency.

To be fair, the smoke skin took less work, it's just a pallet swap. They didn't have to do anything but lower the saturation of the movie scorpion skin and head swap it.
Also, I want MK:Deception Tanya allready!!!!!

And obviously all the faces are better in MK1, sicne they use actual face models, so that's unfair to compare.

- Sheva was the best new character since RE2
- Josh is absoloutly a king
- The Wesker+Jill fight is super fun and entertaining
- Mercinarys mode was so much fun

MK1 messed up with Rain and Tanya... They are backwards and should have swapped places.
Rain should be the high priest of Argus and Delia, to tie in the past timeline he was the son of Argus.
Tanya should be the court mage, to tie in that she was a political minded sorcerss.

Tryndamere fighting off Kindred was perfect, because it gave us a display of them in action while also serving as a metaphore for how his undying rage is him fighting off death because he refuses to die.
They nailed it with that scene, flawless.

Very much disagree. Tekken is visually a mess, everything is OTT, and especially in motion as well as all of the excessive gloss and shiney particle effects on every attack or motion, it just causes a disgusting mess of visual noise that detracts from gameplay. NRS did better.
