It will also ensure cyclists can be held accountable for offences, which will deter them from being made. Again, resulting in a safer road experience for all. I’m sure you’ll agree, right?

@BobFromAccounts Probably more to do with riding without due care and attention, riding at night without proper lights and visible clothing, running red lights, steaming through zebra crossings while they’re being used, not signalling directions, being aggressive/violent. Have I missed any?
