This is what we call “Breakdown of Society”. The powers that be reduce populations and get them very comfortable remaining homeless and/or accept people in this state. As someone who is no longer homeless, this is not something to brush aside as normal, nor take pride in. I take it your position is to simply pretend they don’t exist, yes?
