Started in my hood aka ground zero aka containment zone in Feb 2016 at superbowl 50. The current mayor was on the superbowl entertainment committee and evicted junkies from an area he wanted to use for rich revelers to party. They then lined a street both sides and poverty pimps saw dollar signs so they started handing out tents, harm reduction supplies etc. the word spread and shitbums from all over descended upon my hood like fucking locusts. 9 years later it’s still a containment zone and city doesn’t gaf whose lives in the hood they ruined.
