@ScotRail @NetworkRailGLC If train doors shut 30secs before departure then train info should be up until then. How confusing to look at a board checking you’ve got the right platform and it’s disappeared before it’s meant to depart?! Platform info being up much earlier would be a better idea!

This is why @CHSScotland we say your rehab journey is lifelong. People tell us they were told they wouldn’t see any further improvement - then through our support they do. People who were told they wouldn’t walk or speak again. Or that six weeks post stroke no more could be done.
Honestly, next time a clinician tells you that no further recovery is possible beyond a year or so after your #stroke, ask them to explain the science behind their view. Some discussion of the 'plateau' from 16:45 here @PTcoach @M_j_G13 @KnowStroke_Pod
