It isn’t bestowed upon others because they necessarily deserve it, or because they’ve corrected past wrongs. Rather, it is a decision by those who’ve been wronged to promote healing and move forward.

Multiply that by hundreds if not thousands in a single event, then think how many years it takes to break even.

Insurance is a pool of everyone’s money that claims are paid from. Your demand for a refund means you don’t understand the problem you are criticizing.
