I’m really not sure what we’re supposed to do about the fact that we’ve radicalised and over educated two generations of young people into the most insane Leftist ideology imaginable and now they’re about to destroy the civilised world.

I'm so tired of the youth clubs and table tennis will solve London knife crime nonsense. This is the world I grew up in. I know it intimately. Lack of youth clubs isn't even close to the root of this problem.

These people should be deported. I don’t care what their passports says, they are not British. They belong to a whole different civilisation and tradition.

There’s also been a philosophical twist though. Americanised liberal individualism completely conquered civic communitarianism. Self interest & greed became celebrated. Religious morality was abandoned.

This is a sitting British parliamentarian. If you wonder whether the quality of our leadership class is in precipitous decline this should confirm that suspicion beyond any reasonable doubt.

I don’t think this is *just* a consequence of immigration either, although immigration has obviously played a huge part in breaking the camaraderie & shared sense of identity between Londoners.

I’m sorry, but there is a reason everyone just assumed it was Islamic terrorism when a man went on a stabbing spree in Australia. That wasn’t an unreasonable assumption to make given recent history.

The King’s views on architecture are “retrograde”, according to the Economist. This magazine has become trash… If there’s one thing the King has been consistently right about its architecture.

King Charles’s views on architecture, which he expounded in speeches, a book, a TV programme and many grumpy comments before succeeding to the throne, are both retrograde and radical. Prince William has shown little interest in the subject. That may change

I do think the final destruction of Britain as a quaint, genteel, communitarian property owning polity is probably inevitable now. Unless we start rolling back the harms of techno-liberalism and mass immigration within the next few years, this country will be beyond saving.

Britain’s decline was a choice made by a liberal merchant managerial class whose status wasn’t linked to Britain’s status & power on the world stage, but rather how they were though of as detached individuals in niche professional conferences & Brussels dining clubs.

How did someone so moronic, radical, utopian and naive to a degree which is almost unfathomable, end up in such a position of influence? Utopian liberalism is a sickness which has run rampant in our managerial class for too long, unrestrained by tradition, religion & conservatism

All our NHS staff seem to want to work in the Australian healthcare system. My brother just got back from there. He severely sliced his had open whilst there & had an operation. Everyone bar 1 doctor who treated him was British. Why don’t we just implement the same system here?

I'm interested to see how this "crack down" deals with the religions practiced by many Britons. Christianity (especially some sects) and pretty much all of Islam, as well as other religions, promote 'beliefs' that I'm sure are anathema to Ms Cooper. How will it work in practice?
