What do you mean "western aesthetics"? The previous street fighter games don't have an "eastern aesthetic" since the styles are always shared between eastern and western like sf4, sf5, even snk vs Capcom had a comic book style.

No it won't. Steam deck having inconsistent fps and fps drops aline makes it not worth it for tournaments. Add the lower resolution when connected to a screen and that doesn't help. So no, steam deck not fixing anything
