I run three minutes worth of ads at the beginning during my starting soon screen, this is when everyone comes in, chat talks to each other and then when ads are ready again in an hour I let everyone know I run 3 min worth of ads every hours to keep

1. Create a schedule that works for you and stick to it as best as possible. I'm not saying you can't cancel here and there because you don't feel well or you have something else going on but make sure you stick to it 95%

When I switched from Phasmophobia to Dead by Daylight, I lost some viewers.
When I was working on partner, I didn't stray from Phasmo and it burned me out unfortunately along with no context but I have since fallen in love with DBD.
