diagnosis: colon cancer (red arrows) with liver mets (green arrows) The young age could bias you to call diverticulitis with liver abscesses, but thickening involves short segment, mostly one side, and there are no tics! Colon cancer is increasingly detected in adults under 50yo

@ths6hfs2yb Daughter cysts in hydatic tend to be more numerous, smaller and well formed, whereas here the lesion has numerous septations dividing it into larger compartments, and only very few cysts. Clinical and laboratory factors are also important (no exposure, negative serology)
