Honourable this is akin to the open letter Chimamanda sent Biden asking him to intervene in fixing electoral processes in Nigeria. Forget Elon and focus on where the real problem is. The problem is not a lack of infrastructure or communication delivery companies. It is the absolute disregard of oversight function on the part of the government.
