Lol Friendship (not acquaintances) are based on values. You can't be my friend if we don't align on values and who you vote for is a major reflection of that. You can't vote, support and defend a career criminal and remain my friend. Ending that friendship is a wise thing to do.
Some people ended friendships because of difference in political leanings and I will always consider that action as the most foolish thing to do.
