@DeliciousSophie @elonmusk I think you are missing the point. In this instance he's talking about the same SSN being used for multiple different IDs. It's not about archiving third normal form in a relational model.

@dan63uk @elonmusk In the UK you can't make the NI Number a primary key in the database, as duplicates have been officially issued. The entire system needs to be overhauled.
