@matthewhardwick We’ve been sending email updates and posting the updates on our subreddit. TL;DR we’re shipping a bunch more next week and should get caught up with pre-Christmas orders in early January.

@CaptnFalcon_ The news we’ve been given by the company that handles our international fulfillment is not promising. The strike has spilled over on to the other carriers in Canada. They’re all over-capacity and saying they’re backed up, and to expect big delays. Sorry to not have better news.

@TheJamesCorwin Said another way, you can hold your hand just above the surface of a hot pan, but not a hot grill. So the algorithm just has less signal to work with. We have some ideas on how to improve this.

@injuryexpert Surface temp is also the stall temp, so once surface stalls you can see where the core is going to stall in the future. Surface temp is key to our improved low-and-slow predictions coming in next week’s update.

@sadbambi76 It varies a bit by the actual phone and other devices connected, but we’ve tested over a dozen simultaneous connections without problem. The limit is usually around 20.
