@EdDumke Extra strength Alka Seltzer is aspirin free and flavor free, which I mention in the video.

In Modernist Cuisine we used pure sodium citrate to melt cheese. This just gives you a way to make the sodium citrate from easier to find ingredients. For the burger, we made cheese slices rather than a more liquid sauce. If you want to do that, just leave the water out from the video recipe.

@RiyanMendonsa Vinegar + baking soda on their own won’t work. You’ll end need the citric acid that’s in Alka Seltzer.

@RiyanMendonsa It works, but you’re adding the flavor of lemon or lime, and it’s difficult to know how much to add to complete the reaction.

Fun fact, when you loose weight, how does that weight leave your body? Mostly from breathing! Breathing evaporates massive amounts of water, causing massive heat loss from your body, requiring more calories to maintain body temperature. Working out doesn’t change the daily average energy loss by much. But do it day after day and it can add up.
