About 6 months ago I decided I needed change. My mental health was terrible, I didn’t feel physically well, and I felt lost. Took a long break from drinking, started investing time into myself, and I’ve come a long way! Exercising helped a lot with that. Feeling proud today ☺️

A side issue I think is important:
Anyone that's played LoL, Overwatch, Apex Legends, CoD etc. knows that there are plenty of breeding grounds for toxic gamer men. The issue is systemic, it starts early.
It'd be nice if these companies took a stand against it. They won't.
