Eisenhower Presidential Library Director Todd Arrington keeps this flag in his office. The flag covered the casket of James O. Fouts of Ohio, killed in action at age 19 in France on 2/23/1945. Fouts is interred in @ArlingtonNatl. His brother kept the flag for over 70 years.
