How to set up SPF & DKIM records in @klaviyo Bottom left -> Settings -> Email - Domains Then you'll click on the "Add" button. Now you'll get records that you'll paste to your domain host. It's literally just copy & paste. After that, you verify the records. Now you're done.

I tried Dose's Pop-up strategy for a supplement and perfume brand, and it worked great. But when I tested it for a shoe brand, it didn't work at all. Lesson learned: What works for one brand might not work for another, even if it's considered best practice.

@KateBour So many company in Germany are doing that also. It works wonders. Their employees get mentioned by the CEO and all have thousands of employees, position themselves as experts and therefore create more brand awareness for the brand that they are working for. Great concept!

How I created a beautiful Trustpilot review email Create the email in Klaviyo. Then export the HTML code, insert it to your Trustpilot template and add the links from Trustpilot. Done. You need to have a paid plan to do that.

Important Email Marketing Learning Whenever you want to turn a new email flow live, first turn it to manual. Click on add past profiles & see if profiles are running through the flow. This way you'll see if you've set up the flow correctly. If it works, turn the flow live.

A content hack I use: 1. Subscribe to the newsletter of brands with great email marketing 2. Once per month analyze their emails 3. Adapt their ideas and turn them to emails for your brand. This way I learn, get good ideas and create good emails - 3 birds with 1 stone.
