A2- I think access is probably the biggest challenge. Anecdotally, I suspect it is not a well funded speciality. The second biggest is general understanding of the benefits for those AYA’s who need it. #AYACSM

@EK_Drake Transition to Palliative care was introduced 2 years before hospice. It was introduced through our Psychiatrist in the centre treatment was occurring. She had the skills to communicate its importance to quality of life. #AYACSM
