I can't find a rule on that. Liz Truss was ousted 6 weeks after taking her post, so I think we'll just see Tory MPs doing their usual backstabbing and briefing against Kemi until people start resigning from the shadow cabinet. At least they won't need to worry too much about the members' round, because there won't be any left.

Really not sure we should be taking any more Tory MPs. Hmm just one perhaps, for the Short Money. These people stood under Sunak's banner. That makes them spineless at the very least. Perhaps accept them as ordinary members, but leave it completely up to the branches if they want them as parliamentary candidates.
