Today, after finishing with my reps in snatch with 80kg 2by3sets, I tried 90kg and attempted 95kg which I missed.

I'm thrilled to announce that I've set a new personal record in the snatch with a lift of 101kg! Additionally, I attempted a clean and jerk of 123kg, successfully cleaning 120kg but unfortunately failing to complete the jerk.

This afternoon, we received the Oyo State contingents to the National Sports Festival Delta 2022; and the 1st National Para-Sports Games 2022 in Abuja; as well as sports people from Oyo State who represented Nigeria at the 2022 Commonwealth Games in Birmingham, UK.
Day 08 of Olympic Games camp training:
Snatch: 80kg 2by3sets, followed by 90 and 95kg
Clean and jerk: 100kg 2by3sets followed by 110kg
Front squat: 140kg 2by4sets
