Spanish Police in the United end in full riot gear. There’s never any trouble in our away ends in Europe and there no justification for this brutality from the Spanish Police. All this to clear a walkway. Disgusting.

Following the decision to play tonights match vs Lask behind closed doors
@ManUtd
have agreed to make a goodwill payment of £350 to those supporters who were allocated tickets in the ballot to cover travel and accommodation costs.
I'm so sorry to hear about this, especially as it was his first visit to Old Trafford. Hope he's OK? I've been in contact with the club this morning and they're aware of the issue and are looking into it. If you could follow back and DM some details I'll do what I can to assist.
Today, at 11am an emergency fans forum meeting took place. This letter was read out in response to the ESL proposals and subsequent ‘apology’ from Joel Glazer. He was not present at the meeting. We can only assume he couldn’t face apologising to us in person.
Reports of United supporter stabbed in Paris last night. Contact made with those involved. Friends remained with him in hospital. Club have been made aware and are now offering assistance. Wishing him a full and speedy recovery.
The cutting of 624 ticket for the game v Chelsea in 15 day is a result of The MET Police intervention after the allocation was confirmed by Chelsea and the ballot taking place. It stinks and sets a dangerous precedent.
Pleased to be able to help

@shaunlogan10
this morning. We want common sense to prevail in this case and I’m sure we can get a positive outcome for him. Thanks to

for their help.
Wolves have made the decision not to sell alcohol without talking to fans groups and now expect supporters to get in the ground nice and early to help them with their plastic flag display because it’s on TV. You know where they can stick those flags, don’t you?
Those supporters who purchased tickets in the cup scheme for matches with Astana, Rochdale and Colchester are right to feel let down by the club. The whole point of the Auto cup scheme is to reward loyalty for the more attractive games like finals and semi finals.
A large number of supporters have been in contact due to receiving sanction notices from the club. We have spoken with the club and are challenging the decision to sanction STH for advertising and then transferring a ticket to members at FV. I’ll update when I have more info.
Following on from the work by

it has been agreed today that from season 19/20 1200 seats will be made available in WU206 and WU207 for a permanent area for the 'atmosphere and vocal' section.
MUST response to away allocation cuts for League Cup semi-finals
We are hugely disappointed at this decision reached privately between our clubs that shows no respect or understanding of the interests of match-going fans...
Unconfirmed reports that the allocation vs Arsnal be 5000. United not being given upper tier due to our support ‘persistently standing’. Easy to solve: give fans the choice. I bet the upper tier isn’t netted off and they still sell to their own fans. Disgrace!
Unity is strength. We’ve won this battle but there’s a war to be won. Without your support it can’t be done. We have to continue to push for reforms.
Come and join us.
It's not enough just to be told it's a joint decision to reduce the allocation for the semi final. These are questions raised by fans so far that needs to be answered by
@ManUtd
and
@ManCity
If you're looking to get a foot on the euro away ladder, assuming it does not sell out this weekend, Bayern Munich away will go to zero credits at 10am on Monday.

MUST welcomes the Club’s announcement that the whole of the Stretford End will be restored to traditional fans from August 2024, with Execs relocated. We have long called for this and it was a key ask in our open letter in 2018.
If you attended the Galatasaray away game we'd like to hear from you as we're compiling a report which will be submitted to appropriate authorities via Football Supporters Europe and the club. Details are on the feedback form linked below
The benefit of being a season ticket holder in the cup scheme is your ability to be able to apply for away games. The club should be fighting for the biggest possible allocation on supporters behalf...not the opposite.
Hero is a term easily given at times these days. Harry Gregg was a true hero on and off the pitch. He ran back into a burning plane twice to rescue the injured and played just 2 weeks later. A Red legend who”ll never be forgotten. Deepest condolences to his family. RIP Harry.
1300 tickets have gone to supporters on Zero credits so far this season. There’s sure to be a large allocation for Atletico Madrid. I’ll update allocation and application information as soon as I have it.
Just one more important announcement ahead of the match on Saturday.
Fanzines will be widely available outside the ground for the first time for 17th months. Why not pick up a copy and show them your support.
The club did everything they could to get supporters back in the ground safely. They worked with us all along to do everything to make it happen. We’re all disappointed not to be able to be in the ground to give our support to the team.
Watford away 22nd Dec. Information for travelling fans. No alcohol is on sale inside the ground to away fans. Watford have asked away fans arrive at least 45mins before KO. We’ve advised they put appropriate facilities on if they want that to happen. They can’t have it both ways.
As there will be no service under the plaque this Saturday there will be an online service to make the 63rd anniversary of the Munich disaster. Details below.
Update - Following the challenge by
@manutd
the following is in place
Allocation will now be 2852
Category A+
£30 adults
£29 concessions (seniors 65+ / 19 to 22 years / disabled)*
£24 16 to 18 years
£22 under 16 years
£11 under 11 years
TV studio will be removed.
For Season Ticket Holders asking when their tickets will be sent out you should receive an email tomorrow or Tuesday and you will then be able to log in to your account and download you ticket.
L stand has always been the preferred choice and it’s proven that the atmosphere generated in there has a beneficial effect on the rest of the stadium and the team. Let’s take advantage for the QF. Have we lost a match when we’ve been in there? No. Let’s make it happen
@ManUtd
@TRA_MUFC
@ManUtd
the team needs us in L stand for the UCL 1/4 final. The atmosphere generated from there is second to none. Why give the away team that advantage? Also, our disabled fans need to be protected after the way PSG acted towards them
@ISLO_MUST
Unity is key if we are going to win this. Snipping from the sidelines just doesn’t help us at all. There will always be differences in opinion but we should be United in the aim.
The designated pub for visiting supporters vs Wolves today is The Bluebrick located on Broad Gauge Way, WV10 0BA
Hope it’s open, well stocked and can fit 5,000.
The Fundraiser page has now been set up to assist with costs for legal advice/representation for fans arrested following the protests before the Liverpool match in May is now live.

There’s a lot of understandable anxiety from STH around renewals. Some are experiencing financial difficulties due to being self employees, being unable to work or may have even lost employment. We’re speaking with the club and will pass on information as soon as we have it.
@ManUtd
doing the right thing
✅ Commit to pay 900 non-playing staff in full
✅ Pledged all match-day staff full pay for the rest of the season
✅ Players to donate 30% of pay for a month to NHS
✅ Rashford feeds 400k local schoolkids
✅ Welfare phone calls to over 70’s STH.
Fanzines are the defenders of supporter culture. Your support of them is essential if they're to survive. For much less than a price of a pint you can help keep the going. They're out rain and shine, sleet and snow selling around the ground on matchdays. Plus, they're a good read
There are roughly 40,000 STH who don't apply for aways. They are now able to chose what cup competition they opt in to and are no longer forced to buy tickets for games they cant attend. The removal of the ACS is a win for the vast majority of STH.
Congratulation to
@MudsaO
and
@ManUtd
on the launch of the fantastic new platform at the back the Stretford End. What a week to launch it! Hope your members are as impressed as I was with it today.
That’s incorrect James. They haven’t been found guilty of anything and it shouldn’t be prejudged. The are entitled to a fair legal process. Jumping to conclusions just because they are football fans is wrong. As ever, we will offer support and advice wherever possible.
@Eaze___
@gmpolice
You realise they literally committed crime right? What they did makes up part of the "stupidly high rate of crime"? So... you're angry they're doing exactly what you want them to do?
We've been dealing with some concerning cases with fans being accused of "tragedy chanting" at the Liverpool away game last season.
A fan was found guilty based on zero audio evidence. Purely the opinion of a Police officer versus the fan who vehemently denied any such chant.
After years of lobbying by MUST, the Club has today announced that the compulsory nature of the automatic cup scheme (ACS) has been removed and no supporter will be forced to purchase cup matches any longer.
Prices for STs next season have been frozen. Renewals open Monday 7th of Feb and the deadline for renewal is the 20th May.
V12 finance will be available to spread the cost.
I hope the advance information for the European futures is useful? Let’s hope it saved a few quid for you if you needed to book flights for Madrid or even to Manchester for the second leg.
All problems getting into the ground on Saturday are being raised with the club. Long delays getting in, scanners not working, delays for those with car park passes, lack of assistance and guidance at the turnstiles have been reported as the main issues.
April fixture changes announced.

West Ham (h) 5.30pm
Sun 21st
Everton (a) 1.30pm

Expected allocation for Aletico Madrid is 3306.
Information on the sale of tickets based on credits will be communicated by the club in the coming days.
There may be a delay due to the uncertainty due to covid restrictions and if they impact on travel and entry to Spain.
We are aware of a number of supporters receiving sanctions today relating to allegations of use of pyro on the stadium footprint.
In the first instance, if you receive such a sanction notice, & dispute it, you should appeal. We can provide further advice following initial appeal
Great article from
@AndyMitten
. Is Old Trafford being left behind? Worth asking the question - Do United build a new ground or redevelop Old Trafford? Obviously, there are pluses and minus to both options. What's your thoughts?
ST update - Two emails will be arriving from the ticket office. One with general information, which it seems most have received and a second one with the ST attached. You should receive the second one either today or tomorrow at the latest.
Clearly some will assume this fan was guilty & see us as defending the indefensible but imagine how easily this could be you if you were in the away section at Anfield & a Merseyside PC took a dislike to you. Their opinion is enough to convict with very serious consequences.

Being a STH and attending matches is about so much then the football. Social lives revolve around matchdays. There are friends we only see when going to games. We make many sacrifices to follow our club. We don’t want to see anyone lose their ST due to this Coronavirus crisis.
There’s a lot of understandable anxiety from STH around renewals. Some are experiencing financial difficulties due to being self employees, being unable to work or may have even lost employment. We’re speaking with the club and will pass on information as soon as we have it.
A group of fans got in contact after the

match vs Carlton was abandoned to see if we could help. We contacted the club to ask them to look after them and they have now put on free travel for the rearranged fixture. Great to see them looking after their support 👏🏻👏🏻

We have raised with the club the concerns some supporters are expressing over the move to digital tickets only. We hope to see alternative solutions ASAP for those who genuinely need them.
As ever, note we do no set the policies but we do feed back fans' views as best we can.
So sad to hear of the death of United great Nobby Stiles at the age of 78 after a long period of illness. United's skilful, tough-tackling midfielder won the European Cup with United in 68 & the World Cup with England in 66. Collyhurst born Nobby was one of our own. R.I.P. Nobby
We have asked the club to look into implementing a Home Ticket Exchange system at the next Fans Forum meeting. What are your thoughts? Would it help and would you use it?
The decision needs to be fought. We need transparency for the decision making progress that has impacted our support. There should be no decision about us without us.
Europa league away game information including possible opponents, Credit list, allocation, minimum allocation available in the ballot (with club and Thomas Cook tickets taken out) and ballot process.
Don’t be alarmed seeing these inside J stand. The council have insisted on them. Technically, it’s still an all seater stadium and standing isn’t allowed anywhere! The change in the licence will come soon to ‘allow’ standing. We’re just ahead of the game! No need to panic!
We've been contacted by legal representatives of one of our fellow Manchester United supporters who attended Liverpool away and says he was ejected by stewards, having been falsely accused of saying a word relating to a tragedy.
The end of season Fans' Forum will take place on the 4th of June. Joel Glazer will be in attendance. If you have a question you would like answering contact your Fans' forum representative. You can find the details of your representative here:
The decision to not make alcohol available to away supporters was only communicated to United by Wolves yesterday.
No explanation or reason for the decision has been given.
Very poor from Wolves.
No one got their numbers wrong.
Hosting a webinar where supporters are able to ask questions and get answers direct from the ticket office is not a sham. But, you’re a Twitter account that charges fans for information that is freely available so I won’t take criticism from you.
🗳️ Final -2nd Ballot 🗳️
Not only did Sam K get his numbers wrong, he also got the order of priority wrong.
@ISLO_MUST
maybe next time you run a call, you could ask him to ensure the answers he gives are correct. Otherwise, the whole thing is just one big sham!
300 ticket for the away leg vs Barcelona will go into the 2nd ballot today. There were a high number of returns after the first ballot. Expected to go down to zero credits.
Ticket forward facility: for all those DMing. I’ve passed your comment on to the club. Frustration is understandable. Work is in progress testing for completion. It’s obviously top priority for them. I‘ll update when I have more information.
In Tony Dunne’s United career, he scored two goals and appeared in 530 games between 1960 and 1973, a number bettered only by Ryan Giggs, Bobby Charlton, Bill Foulkes, Paul Scholes, Gary Neville, Wayne Rooney and Alex Stepney. RIP
