The Salt Lake Trappers 29 consecutive wins in 1987 established an all-time record for all of professional baseball. Memorabilia from the 1987 squad is on display at the Baseball Hall of Fame. Trenton Post 778’s Frank Colston (pictured in front) was team captain for the team.

Robin Roberts’ Hall of Fame career started with Legion baseball in Springfield, IL. He had many big moments, but one that stands out happened 60 years ago on Sept. 6, 1952. He pitched all 17 innings to beat the Boston Braves, 7-6, at Shibe Park. 🤯

A soon to be Senior Parent told me he spent over 20,000 dollars this summer for travel baseball for his son. Team Fees, Hotels, Flights, Rental Cars & Food. At this point still no college baseball offer. Has to be a better way?
