So this Wordle contained a huge leap for me from just two letters in the wrong positions to the right answer.
Turns out that I got lucky. A few lines of code and I found 14 other words that I could have chosen.

I have noticed that
#Skyrim
is having its tenth anniversary year. I wish it would come out on iOS so that I could play it again. I absolutely loved that game.
Oh,and while I am wishing for the very unlikely, please can it be without any of that tackly mobile micropayment crap.
I am attesting that this twitter handle

Thanks, though, to

What’s the UK government’s plastic policy? Dump it on other countries! Less than 10% of our plastic recycling is actually recycled in the UK.
The rest is sent overseas where it’s often burned or dumped, fuelling health and wildlife emergencies.

Is this a spoof? It sounds like something that a comedy show panel would invent if they were given the picture and asked to make up an amusing fake movie concept to explain it.

Trying out Glass, which seems like a really nice platform for photographers who are tired of all the data mining and influencing on Instagram. I have a few queue jumping codes if anyone needs one.

TV subscription. I was already fed up with them because of the awful custom playback controls in their tv app. No scrubbing, no Siri “What did they say?”, no iPhone PIN entry.
However, now I am suddenly getting ads. From a subscription service.
Just no.
It would be so nice if we could just trust apps that have been produced for us by the NHS in the name of public health. There are enough fake trust issues in this area, can’t the government try and control themselves enough so that we can avoid creating real ones?
This might be good on a a number of levels. For example, Removing AWS’s subsidy of Amazon retail might limit some of the damage they are doing to our local high streets.
Lovely new episode of What A Lot Of Things is now out for your delight and delectation, including the ultimate explanation from

A brilliant walk with
@ADanellsBewley
this morning has set me up for the day. In other news, I don't have a two-hour recording of it to edit, so that's nice too although I am proud of our
#NationalWalkingMonth
episode :)
Two years later, and I am still being scuppered by
@ulyssesapp
not supporting tables in documents. It breaks both my heart and my brain to be forced into Google Docs for things, but sometimes I really *really* need to write something containing a table.
Please, please fix this!
Hi,
@ulyssesapp
, please add my vote for Markdown tables support. Paying subscriber, but having to abandon Ulysses as I simply can't live without the capability for my current project.
@elonmusk
It sad how polarising it is.
The choices seem to be complete disengagement or a war footing where it is not permissible to admit that the other side has any valid perspectives. People who broadly agree with each other about many things end up in positions of mutual hatred.
I hope everyone’s enjoying today’s International Day of Yoga.
Worryingly, I think that I might now be on record agreeing to… to do some yoga! Oh dear.

Reading a lot of Tweets from our local MP campaigning for the local elections. He wants to break us away from Bradford council. It feels like a sort of crap version of the Brexit campaign.
Why do we always want to break things up? I wish we wanted to build things.
Wondering exactly how grateful my family members really are for the daily
@CARROT_app
citizen weather report videos that I am now providing on our family WhatsApp group.
Well, I think they’re great anyway.
Oh come on,
@BBCSounds
- please just let us listen as we want to without trying to herd us into your app.
I know that the BBC is under threat, but isn’t it too soon to start behaving like some tech giant with VC investors breathing down their neck demanding more “engagement”?
Wow: the BBC and
@BBCSounds
are going to start treating RSS feeds and third-party podcast channels as (what can only be described as) "second-class" content distribution methods.
This is horrific.

Much though I heartily wish that we were still in/rejoining the EU; if you agree with the desire of EU regulators to force large messenger apps to be interoperable, then you should read this.
Messenger
#Interoperability
in the
#DMA
is drafted in the assumption that all messenger apps are essentially the same, having the same purpose, as analogue telephones did.
That assumption is fundamentally incorrect in several ways:
@EFF
@OpenRightsGroup
@jimfinnis
@the_karenhardy
Quite a bit - between Iain Duncan Smith, all the organisations with the acronym and the German rap people who are excited that

might spell AIDS.

Shame that only takes PayPal, or I would buy that too.
I have a special dislike for apps that insist on auto-starting at boot time despite all efforts to prevent them. I’m looking at you

I’ve made so many attempts to stop this heinous app from elbowing its way to the front of my attention in this way. Please stop!

If you were to really believe, as XR do, that our way of life and even our existence is threatened by the climate emergency, then their actions make sense.
Our leaders are not doing enough - as your constituent, I would love it if you would take another look at the CEE Bill?
Curiously, participants in the “reinstate Trump” poll have voted to reinstate him by the same margin as our referendum had in favour of Brexit.
At least the Trump decision will easily be reversible if it turns out to be a catastrophe.
It makes me sad that
@Apple
is doubling down on selling ads, first in the
@AppStore
and apparently in Maps too next year.
What happened to “values don’t change” - it used to be a point of pride that their products didn’t have them.

I am genuinely surprised at all this campaigning against clean air and lower speeds in built up areas.
Drivers breathe too, and they are also pedestrians. Surely everyone benefits from breathing in less carbon monoxide and fewer brake pad particles?

Podcasters, you might find this useful. I wrote an overview of how I use Notion to manage the production of

Do you think that she could be persuaded to share the playlists?

Writing my first automated test framework, using Python and pytest to test a GraphQL API built using AWS Amplify and Appsync. It's been... interesting.
The tests are probably wrong - I mean what on earth do I know about testing? Still, feeling quite pleased with myself anyway.
