Day 3 of #SATS featured experts from @ICRC, @RakshaUni, @UNESCO & @KtmSchoolofLaw on IHL protections for detainees, women, children, healthcare, civilian objects, & cultural property. Prof. Bimal Patel, VC RRU & ILC member, delivered a special address on contemporary IHL themes.

Day 2 #SATS - Kathmandu, Legal & Maritime Experts from @ICRC & University of Peshawar offered practical insights during sessions on means & methods of warfare, conduct of hostilities, protection of civilians, direct participation in hostilities & Law of Armed Conflict at Sea.
