Incredibly proud of our team member @junedshelatsays for his relentless on-ground efforts to uphold the rule of law. By leveraging SC guidelines, he has successfully prevented illegal demolitions. This is the very essence of why we exist—to protect and fight for justice.
Several dargahs in Veraval were under imminent demolition threat. Using the Pitampura template by @vakeel_Sb and SC guidelines, we successfully averted these demolitions. Grateful for justice and the rule of law. Alhamdulillah!

Historic judgment indeed! It's shameful that even after 7 decades of independence, jail work assignments were still based on caste. Kudos to @WadekarDisha, @sukanyashantha, @prasanna_s, and the entire team for fighting to end this discriminatory practice!
Today, the Supreme Court struck down provisions in various State Prison Manuals that mandated the assignment of work in prisons based on caste & the classification of denotified tribes as habitual offenders. The judgment was delivered in Sukanya Shantha v. UOI~1

The detection, detention, and deportation process is flawed from the start. To support lawyers, we will be issuing a compendium of HC and SC judgments and proven arguments that have succeeded in court. These cases must be handled with utmost efficiency at the FT level.
In Barbeta district of Assam, 28 Bengali Muslims were sent to a detention camp on Monday after being declared 'foreigners.' Among them were 9 women and 19 men. Himanta Biswa Sharma and his brother, Barpeta SP Sushanta Biswa Sarma, are transforming Assam into an open-air prison.
