On Rohith's 5th Shahdat day ,let's remember him by asking ourselves; 1. Has our demand for Rohith Act faded? 2.Has every college/university set up an SC, ST cell as mandated? What is the composition of these cells? 3. Are the UGC Equity Regulations, 2012 being implemented? ~1
