I loved my opportunity to take part in this program, I am still in contact with my syndicate who have all been extremely supportive
Just wrapping up two and a half days on part one of the Experienced Leaders program @windsorleaders held in the grounds of the Windsor Castle. Some great reflection to ponder on leadership style, impact and challenges emerging from syndicate groups. Looking forward to part two.

15 years ago today I was offered the position of CEO @MonmouthshireCC -feels like 15 minutes.I didn’t plan to stay so long,sometimes you find home. Still making mistakes,still learning,still trying to be better.The challenges are out in front,the fire still burns inside-onwards😁

Today, our Chief Fire Officer Dave Russel received the King’s Fire Service Medal at an event at Windsor Castle led by The Prince of Wales. Dave was awarded The King’s Fire Service Medal in the New Year's Honours and the award is the highest honour that fire service personnel can obtain. It is testament to his dedication to fire and rescue services and public safety, with over 30 years service for us and Lancashire and we're incredibly proud of him.

Yesterday I had the privilege of attending an investiture at #WindsorCastle to receive the Kings Ambulance Medal (KAM) from The Princess Royal. It was a day to feel proud and reflect on the highs and lows of the last 28 years in the sector. Thanks to all those along the way that have provided counsel and guidance making it all possible.
