Delighted that our work on interferon-alpha driven brain disease has made the front cover of @ImmunityCP after many years of work with brilliant collaborators in Australia, France and US. Short summary of paper to follow.
This month's beautiful cover depicts work from Hofer, @HuntLabEdin, Viengkhou &co showing that in Aicardi-Goutières syndrome, neurotoxic IFNα originates in the CNS & mediates disease primarily through its effects on the cerebral microvasculature.
