Without proper investment in the NHS, and its staff, that is where we are headed. It is a false economy to hand highly skilled workers 30% pay cuts.

The doctors performing a c-section are paid a total of £50 between them*.
With F1 doctors being paid £14 an hour, and ST8 doctors being paid £28 an hour, we want to hear what you get paid for completing life-saving/improving tasks.

I am a doctor and work on a representative committee for doctors so comment from that perspective. Porters, ANs, cleaners and care staff should absolutely be given the same access to cheap good quality food. But so should doctors on 14£ an hour.

I am disappointed our record pay offer for NHS staff has been rejected. We will, promptly, get back round the table with trade unions, continue negotiations and hope to reach a satisfactory outcome.
