@BitecoferStan Yeah, the RCP house map totally messed up. They have deep red seats as safe D and vise versa. Like in Michigan and Florida for example

@7h3_6h05t @AGZC6 @RulerofNV Then people who oppose the amendment could just stay home knowing that they may be more likely to kill the amendment that way. This could lead to problems I do however agree that referendums should only happen during November elections.
