Whenever we read news or check social media, there appears to be so much friction in our social fabric. Then we turn our gaze to our workplace. A small #textile business with Men & Women, Hindus & Muslims, Brahmins & Backward Classes, all working together in perfect #harmony, eating together, sharing a laugh together. The divisions of society never get a chance to come to the fore in the minds of people who are too busy practicing their crafts. (We wish #politicians & #media stopped fanning them too.
