Honourable chief justice of isbd High Court has clearly shown that whenever it comes to chairman imran Khan u can't see justice happening. Hence he is request to not listen to the cases where chairman IK is the party
According to my humble knowledge, Once a bench is formed it can not be reconstituted unless a judge recuses himself Or the judges themselves who are part of bench request Chief Justice to reconstitute the bench. Can ppl with a legal background pl guide?
