I’m team Coach Wintz. Every day. I remember sitting in this building as an 8th grader & BC didn’t qualify anyone for state. I thought the world ended.
He bought me lunch and said shit is about to change. Boy, was he right. The right guy at the right time when I needed it most.
Congratulations to the Battle Creek Braves on winning the Class C-2 District Wrestling Tournament in Norfolk. Also congratulations to Coach Wintz on being named District Coach of the Year.

Couldn't more happy for Tanner Arjes. Talk about a kid who loves to work. Willing to pick a fight with anyone in the room. No matter weight, age, experience. Smiles when he gets beat up, smiles when he beats up.
He also survived 26 hours in a car listening to the Goo Goo Dolls.

I remember sitting in Qwest Center - Omaha watching Thomas Gilman win multiple state titles. The crowd booed him every time. They’ll say it’s because he didn’t shake hands, but really it’s because he’s from Skutt and he won. In fact, he dominated. Left zero mercy. I loved it.

On most job sites there is an older, retired guy whose job is to walk around and keep the space clean.
