It could have been cool, but the poster had to just be narcissistic and include their political worldview

I thought the idea of the Inca being aligned against Hell cooler than the Aztecs being so because the Inca are cool and deserve more attention.

No. In 40k Objective Good does not exist, only relative Good. Objective Evil (Chaos) does exist.
Good would be decided by consensus and power within a society. The Tau, and the Imperium, are relatively "Good" in comparison to the Objective Evil.

I dislike takes like this because it ignores the spiritual/metaphysical aspects of becoming a Space Marine for pure material reality. It also ignores that the Imperium generally has stable ideas for what a Mutant is and Space Marines *do not count.*
