We joke about it, but Full Power Energy Wave is another good example of the detail Spike put into the Sparking series (that Dimps doesn't in XV2). Each character has a differing pose for the FPEW that suits their own style, and makes it feel like a different move for each of them

chapter. What people fail to realise is Bardock electing to spare THREE people because he was reminded of his wife & son doesn't make him soft. It actually gives him more complexity than the OG Bardock. Saiyans are more fascinating with depth.

People forget how the process of death works in Dragon Ball. Beyond Freeza - who is a unique exception - evil souls are purified and reincarnated. Vegeta III and Bardock's souls likely are no longer in the afterlife. They've been reincarnated into the living world as new beings.

And this is why no one involved in officially writing Dragon Ball reaches out to fans for advice. The entire point of Gokū working with No. 17 and Freeza - two former enemies - to take down Jiren for the sake of their universe was to drive home the message of trust.

The logic is DBS Vegeta outscales everyone in GT.
Cabba is somehow equal to base Vegeta (don't ask, I still don't get it, but this is what Vegeta himself said iirc).
Therefore, extrapolating, Cabba is also superior in strength to the GT cast.

Super Saiyan God. I am huge fan of its design - the calm, thin appearance which is at entire odds with the immense power it possesses - but also the way it expanded on Saiyan lore & history & basically launched a new era of Dragon Ball. I wish it was the strongest Saiyan form.

You forget that Sparking is THE arena fighter. Dragon Ball arena fighters started with Sparking, and every anime 3D fighter has been chasing Sparking - and to a lesser extent, Storm, which is just lesser Sparking anyway - since it came out. This is not "every other" arena fighter

These 100% should have been their outfits until the end of Super. Gokū's even feels like it fucking leads into his End of Z gi - it abandons the undergarments, changes to a looser obi, and everything. And Vegeta's was made by Bulma; it was Earthling-made.

Yeah, that's why Gear 5 is constantly referenced in other anime and manga throughout its illustrious history. Gear 5 is nowhere near "iconic", and the most iconic transformation in anime and manga history will ALWAYS be Super Saiyan.

I don't think it's unfair to just finally acknowledge Bardock for once. It isn't like Gokū was like "WELL FUCK EARTH AND GOHAN NOW!" He's just gotten to his own understanding now of what it means to be a Saiyan, and regained his very limited memory from before he arrived on Earth

Shisami also did training during those several months, I believe. While I doubt he has Freeza-level potential, the DBS anime shows Tagoma making a MASSIVE leap in power by being used as a training partner with Freeza. So I assume Shisami had harsh training too

One of Supers many flaws is that it hardly tries to tell a story or convey a message; this was one of the few times it did, having Gokū fight side-by-side, placing his trust wholeheartedly in Freeza and No. 17, against a man who can't trust anyone.

They took the concept of an "evil Gokū", which sounds TERRIBLE, and made it work wonderfully by giving Black similar traits to Gokū, but highlighting them in the negative. Furthermore, the fact that he has actual ideals and motivations for doing what he's doing makes him amazing.

It's such a unique thing, because they went with the limited assets and ideas they had, and just tried their best to make it feel unique. Like, they know Cui has at least ONE fan out there, so they wanted to make sure Cui's fan was rewarded for using him. I like it.

This is the biggest reason I am happy Gokū is learning about his parents. As a child, he thought they abandoned him. He didn't CARE but it still hurt when you see Minus and realise what did happen. So this makes me happy.

Bulma is definitely the most important character in the series, but I think people are more concerned with the lack of female fighters - especially in Dragon Ball, as we didn't get any good ones outside of 18 until DBS and even then everyone shits on them.

Pokemon is not geared towards "adults only". The closest you will get is BDSP's Pokemon League - which will be harder than most children are ready for - and PLA - which is overall more difficult than other mainline games. If you think Pokemon is too easy, move on.
