It's not normal but it does happen a lot, sadly. Often it's due to postpartum but in Khloe's case it's likely there's an element of her that doesn't feel she's done the work therefore hasn't earned the reward. As you said, she needs professional help at this point.

I tried MLJ twice. At first the fantasy element threw me but I kept hearing it was good so I tried a second time & just couldn't make it through episode 1. It also took me months to get through S1 of Bridgerton but S3 was my favourite show of the year.

How is it wrong? Two adults enter a legal, contracted arrangement, one is paid incredibly well, has their medical needs and general health looked after for 9 months and the other, who can't have the child themselves, gets a biological child. No one is forced here.
