It's with deep sorrow and shock that I learnt of the untimely demise of Eng. Joseph Guyo who was, until his death this morning, was the County Secretary and head of public service- County Government of Marsabit.
May his family find fortitude and comfort as they grief the loss.

The DG has had a bad working relationship with his boss the governor for some time to the level of undermining him. The questioning of imprest is just one of the manifestation of their bad blood. The differences would have however been solved amicably by hearing from both.

Its with a deep sense of loss that we received the sad news of the untimely demise of our former Deputy Governor H.E Hajji Omar Abdi Ali after being taken ill.
Hajji was a gentleman per excellence, a down to earth leader.
