45’s the perfect example for the need to post cash up front to appeal. He tied people up in court with appeals and frivolous lawsuits. This prevents that. If your appeal is denied the person gets their judgement. Right now, he thinks he can negotiate the award down.

Lost my mother and MIL to Alzheimer’s. MIL lived 8 years in a nursing home. Terrible, terrible disease and so hard on the family and those that suffer from it.

Disagree. MIL was in a nursing home for 8 years with Alzheimer’s. Couldn’t speak, walk , feed herself. When her roommate of 4 years passed my MIL quit eating and was dead a week later. It took a day or so but she knew and reacted, she was heartbroken.

45’s mentor in the 70’s, Roy Cohen, taught him to never use your own money. So when 45 invests in something he always manages to get paid a finders fee for the property or loan at least equal to the investment. This way he retains the investment without costing him a dime.

Guess you haven’t looked at his website or listened to the debate. I understand Biden was hard to hear due to trump’s big mouth and disregard of the rules of the debate but he did state them. If trump had a plan he’d be waving it in our faces.
