The use of the word monolith is almost always used as a Motte and Bailey strategy to, do X but not take responsibility for doing X. Or usually in debate for not taking ownership of the reprehensible beliefs and backing up to one that are defendable. The rainbow is in fact usually used as a monolith. That’s why I threw everything in the grab bag and said trans is in same camp as gay. I personally would much prefer this stuff to not be political. But it became that way. So I respond to it that way. But enjoying chatting w you. So np.
