I always aim for at least £100 a day so £3k a mth without tax is about £50k a year with tax in a regular 9-5 job. Unlike many pros who like to lump on, I go for small but many bets. So this morning it's a case of job done. Anything else is a bonus. Only traded one NSW race.

Very happy with the session. My highest Aussie ave profit per race ever in a session. Scalped a US race before I got my head down for 90 mins. Felt refreshed considering hardly any sleep. That final race was traded to ensure £400 prof. I won 42/43. Ave was £9.32 profit per race.

This is not about me, I have no horse secrets to sell. This is about you & what is possible if you try your own ideas & don't follow the crowd. I have no interest in getting anyone's approval. If you are interested then follow, or move on. The £55 was a tip win. Rest were trades.

It's been an amazing day. The single biggest Sat profit ever. £876 of which £519 were auto bot bets of dogs, horses & footy. The horse bot which starts at £5 lays has reached £1,943 in 5 weeks. It's all the more remarkable as I always use modest stakes so there is no lumping on.

I have had an incredible day. Highest daily horse racing profit, highest daily overall profit and that is taking into account £600 of losses in early Aussie inplayHorse trading. My P&L at 5.40am was a £307 loss compared to my final P&L. Have a good evening and stay green!

I found it a very hard slog. My ave per race was not as good as last week. Perhaps two hours sleep didn't help. I finished close to 9am but did push again an hour later to reach £400. I profited from 62/63 races at £400.12. Averaging £6.35 profit per race, largely inplay.

A 3.5 hour Aussie grind. Very satisfied with the profit so no need to continue. Won 30/31 for £254.37 profit at an average of £8.20 profit per race. All but the one loss was inplay. No pics. The single loss was actually a straight lay at a ridiculous price of 1.18 pre-race.

I ended the Aussie grind more than the £200 I usually aim for but I am frustrated cos there were far more races than usual. It should have given me the opportunity to attain over £300. 2 losers didn't help! I won 51/53 races at £265 over 5.5 hrs. Ave just over £5 prof per race.

Psychoffs £1999 course for advanced traders is aimed at people like me. However it's people like me that know that this is the worst value 'bet' that has ever been seen across a trading career. Remember, this guy never shows the other side of his huge bets. Just the greens.

A good example of highlighting the thin lines between profit and loss. I was £137 up one minute which was closely followed by a considerable race loss and a further £40 loss due to a win and loss on HT Overs. I don't dwell on it as it's all part of the risk. New day in 3.5 hours.

Aussie racing done. Inplay strat still going strong. Ave £8.43 per race. Over the last 4 days the ave is £8.64. This goes to show that my trading on UK/Ire horses has gradually improved and now making consistent profits when 9 months ago I was about as good as a Chocolate teapot!

I gave it a go early this morning with inplay horses. Pleased I got to £200 with the help of some pre-race dogs. It was a much harder slog with less quality racing. Liquidity not brilliant either. Managed £6.29 ave per race. I feel like a zombie now. Brain feels like lead.

I decided to lay CS in all league cup games where there was a one goal lead when price hit 1.20. Sadly most were unmanaged inplay with markets empty. There were two I was able to get on. Both were winners. Early round cup games with no replays are always great for late goals.

Aussie Horses - I recovered from those two big losses earlier in the session which goes to show how much I increased the risk as I could have easily reached £600+ for the session. Off to Tesco to celebrate! 🥴

Close to £700 for July. There are less games during summer compared to main season but it's all about the quality of results which has been fully maintained. 1.60 bets continue to grow so get on board now before it becomes too much to allow more members.

After posting my initial loss and taking you through my trading day which included a rare F1 loss, it's only right that I post my final P&L of the day which adds up to just over £650 for the weekend. Have a good evening!

What a recovery after such a poor day on Weds! Almost all of those losses have been clawed back thanks to my second best dogs day since records began on 15/9. Total for Jan over the two bots = £3,123. All time total from 15/9 = £7,875. Projected rolling yearly average = £26,058.

A day in the trading life of me! Now let's be clear from that start. My intention is not to score brownie points. It's just to show that it's possible to make consistent profits. Early night, up at 4.30am, coffee then Aussie racing plus a footy trade. Now off to M&S food hall!

Attached are the full QR LTD Bot results. It started at beg March with 89 alerts of which just 12 have lost. I am now looking at way of best profitability. Do we lay at time of alert, wait til HT or at a set price? Notice that LTD alert is fired at 1-1.

Overs Bot results March. This is based on £105 back bet to win £60 after comm. At times have to go a little later than 60mins so have averaged to 63mins. Summary: 63 alerts, 33 qualified for one bet. 25 win(x£60)=£1500, 8 loss(x-£105)=-£840. =£660. Consistent profit since Oct.

Those who dissed system in Sept cos they made a loss when didn't follow the rules which would have given decent profit. Those that moaned when Oct was poor but would not acknowledge 12 months of profits! Below is the reality. £21 short of all time high!
