then you’re counting your calories wrong or lying, you aren’t gaining on 600 calories a day wether you’re burning them or not, it’s well below your tdee, let alone anyone’s, worst case scenario you’d maintain but you’re burning 200 too so that’s simply not going to happen. you’re
im having like, max. 600cals a day, and burning off at least 200cals working out. EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. So now tell me, why am i gaining? :( i want to die

not in the same sense that things like cancer are but if your family has a history of eating disorders and/or addiction you have a predisposition to these things through the addiction gene, but it can also be a nurture thing!
